New Zealand Listener this week

Exiled from childhood - the art of Graham Percy & Peter Siddell

Under this heading in the Listener out this week, date March 19-25, 2011, there is an attractive double page spread given over to two new, appealing art books reviewed by Landfall Editor and poet David Eggelton. They are thoughtful reviews as you would expect from the man who has won the NZ Best Book Reviewer title on many an occasion.
The Listener regularly and generously provides between four and six pages each week for book reviews and author interviews. This is valuable space in NZ's best-selling current affairs magazine.
Likewise the Weekend Herald's colourful and appealing Canvas magazine provides four pages each week for book reviews and book news as does the Sunday Star Times's new Culture magazine.
My thanks to their respective book editors Guy Somerset, Linda Herrick, and Mark Broatch. You should know that your efforts are greatly appreciated by book publishers, booksellers and book readers.
