Amanda Knox is going to be telling her side of the story very soon, and with the man who made Barack Obama a bestseller.
New reports say that the 24-year-old who was cleared of the murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher has partnered up with the politically powerful literary agent who helped propel the American President to the top fo the book charts.
Knox is not the only one that will be profiting from the story of the death of her ex-roommate. Her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito has also ironed out the details of a book deal.
TMZ reported on Monday that Knox has signed on with a literary agents, a sure sign that her inevitable tell-all book is in the works. That comes the same day that Sollecito's literary agent confirmed that he already had book deal.
Many expected Knox to float some kind of deal to sell her story after she was exonerated on October 3 of Miss Kercher's murder in Perugia, Italy.
Many are surprised that she was able to secure the legal representation of Bob Barnett, a D.C. lawyer and literary agent who is very close with serious political players.
Mr Barnett was the literary agent for President Barack Obama when he wrote Dreams From My Father in 1995.
