From NZ literary agent Frances Plumpton in Bologna

Reporting in from Bologna as I'm awaiting the imminent arrival of Julia Marshall.
Tomorrow we'll attend the TOC (Tools of Change ) conference. For the fair, I'll be based in the Agents Centre, where I'll be representing RLA clients as well as books from Penguin, Huia (including White Ravens selected The Scent of Apples by Jacquie McRae ) , Jill Marshall's Pear Jam Books, Dreamboat Books ( Mark and Rowan Sommerset's Two Little Bugs, also a White Ravens selection), Pleroma Press and Hinterlands - Johanna Knox's The Fly Papers. I'll also have a 2 hour showcase on the SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) stand, featuring books by NZ SCBWI members. It's going to be a very busy week!
Cheers
Frances
