Enthusiasm, Entrepreneurship Pervade Mexico's E-Book Symposium

In Mexico, the attitude towards ebooks has shifted from one of wariness and worry to one of enthusiasm, as evidenced by this year's International E-book Symposium.
Paul LeClerc, ex-NYPL, and Caro Llewellyn, ex-PEN World Voices, have launched the Festival des Ecrivains du Monde, taking place this month in Paris and Lyon.
