A Busy Schedule of Events at The Children’s Bookshop Wellington


Book Launch

 Friends of Gillian Candler, Ned Barraud, Craig Potton Publishing, our natural environment, our ocean, and book lovers in general are invited to the launch of Under the Ocean.

Derek Landy  Visit
 The best-selling Irish children's author Derek Landy who writes the Skulduggery Pleasant books is visiting Wellington on Friday October 3rd.
He is speaking at Scots College Hall at 5.30pm, with tickets costing $10 each. All of the proceeds from the evening are being donated to Save The Children NZ.

All poetry lovers and young poets are welcome to attend – Paula will happily read and chat to both children and parents.

Laura Dekker Visit
 Young yachtswoman Laura Dekker, who sailed around the world at the age of 14, will be speaking in Wellington on Wednesday November 5th.
