News from The Bookseller

Vintage is to bring 1930s crime writer Margery Allingham’s Campion books back into print, starting this month with an exclusive Waterstones edition of the first book in the series, The Crime at Black Dudley.
The Penguin Random House division will publish 20 books featuring sleuth Albert Campion books over the next two years in a “bold new series look”.
Following the special edition of The Crime at Black Dudley for Waterstones, which costs £8.99, Vintage will release The Tiger in the Smoke, with an introduction by Susan Hill, in May 2015.

Walker Books has secured window displays in independent bookshops this Christmas, including London’s Dulwich Bookshop and Tales on Moon Lane.
The shops, which are in the UK and Ireland, will be based around Walker’s Christmas books, such as Jingle Bells illustrated by Niroot Puttapipat, as well as other popular titles like Can't You Sleep Little Bear? by Martin Waddell and illustrated by Barbara Firth, and Tales From Shakespeare by Marcia Williams.
