With next weekend marking the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing, Sue Baxalle and Isobel Marriner take a look at some of the latest books commemorating both this occasion and the wider effects of World War I

She left out "Voyage to Gallipoli" by Peter Plowman which covers all the naval and co-opted merchant transport ships for troops, including hospital ships, used by ANZAC forces both in the Gallpoli campaign and throughout the rest of the war.
