Storylines is delighted to announce that Wellington teacher, author and literary blogger Maureen Crisp has been announced as the winner of the 2017 Storylines Betty Gilderdale award for outstanding service to children’s literature.

It's a Wrap: Storylines National Festival Story Tour

The new-look Storylines National Festival Story Tour held during 2017 has been a resounding success with more than 19,000 children and teens from Northland to Invercargill enjoying visits from leading New Zealand children's and YA authors and illustrators.

Storylines National Children's Writers and Illustrators' Hui

The October hui was not only well attended; participants and presenters alike have provided positive feedback, and the volunteer organisers are taking a well-deserved rest. Special thanks to the organising committee of Leonie Agnew, Tessa Duder, Christine Dale and Libby Limbrick, and their volunteers supporters, for a great event.
