Harper One svp, publisher Mark Tauber will leave the company at the end of the year after 18 years "to pursue other interests." The division will report to Harper Morrow publisher Michael Morrison until a replacement is named. VitalSource has acquired Seattle-based corporate learning-technology company Intrepid Learning for an undisclosed sum. The companies' corporate and professional business platforms will relaunch as Intrepid by VitalSource, with the Intrepid portion renamed Intrepid Learn, and VitalSource changing its name to Intrepid Discover.
